New Clients: After registering online, you will receive a phone call from Dekko to remove the online booking restrictions by providing a credit card to hold the appointment. You may also give us a ring on 415-285-8848 for any other assistance.

Existing Clients: Log-on with the email address Dekko has on file. If Dekko does not have your e-mail address on file, a receptionist will call you in order to remove the online booking restrictions. Otherwise, the system will send you a temporary password which you may change later, under "Edit Profile."

Please Note: At this time, connecting Cut & Color appointments with two different Stylists can not be booked online so feel free to give us a ring.

A credit card guarantee is required for all first time clients. Please note, your time is very special to us and reserved just for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, a 24-hour advance notification is required to avoid being billed for 50% of the services reserved. However, if we are able to fill your reserved time in full, you will not be charged. Late arrivals: we apologize that your treatment will be modified to maximize your remaining scheduled time. We are unable to compromise our next appointment. We look forward to seeing you.
